How It All Started
In 2021, Konstansa and Mike visited several care homes struggling to manage daily operations across spreadsheets, paper notes, and disconnected tools. Staff were juggling tasks, updates were missed, and families had little visibility. Care teams were doing their best — but the systems weren’t helping them.
There was no single platform built specifically for how residential care teams actually work.
So, we built Seniiors — an all-in-one platform for care documentation, team coordination, family communication, and real-time resident insights. Designed in close partnership with care providers, Seniiors brings everything together in one place.
Since then, we’ve kept improving with ongoing product updates, real customer feedback, and a clear focus: helping care homes deliver better care with less complexity.
